85% Negroamaro, 15% Malvasia Nera from Brindisi.
Second half of September.
Thermo-controlled maceration for about 10 days, followed by the alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
In French oak barrels for 6 months.
A wine that preserves its organoleptic characteristics for 5 years.
Deep ruby red with garnet shades; intense bouquet, with cherry and plum scent, spicy, with notes of Mediterranean herbs. A full-bodied wine, with a pleasantly fresh aftertaste; ready to drink.
Best served with:
Excellent with salami, savoury first courses, red meat and cheese.
