Liboll to celebrate the coming night, at sunset. Liboll of white peach, elderflower, sage. Liboll as we like to name “the bubbles”, in Puglia.Details
We tried for so long to find the perfect grapes among the oldest Negroamaro vineyards of Salento, to express the soul of this noble vine. "F" is the letter we chose to mark the three selected vineyards. “F" as "Feudi di San Marzano". As part of our history, this letter has become a recognized mark of quality for Negroamaro, an emblem of our true passion for this ancient and tough grape.Details
In 1962, 19 vinegrowers established "Cantine San Marzano", determined to demonstrate the potential of Salento to create high class wines.Details
A long time has passed since then, yet their old vines still produce rare and precious grapes. We have the task to collect them and increase their value, with a pinch of expertise and a handful of innovation. The result: this extraordinarily intense, elegant and long-lived Primitivo.
The drying of 11 rows of Primitivo is nursed by local customs and traditions, whereas the strains of the bush vines are welded to reddish and calcareous soils. Patience and experience help us bleeding a few selected drops of the sweetest nectar. A wine whose impossible balance and lack of calculation is like anything else stolen from everyday life. Best tasted following individual inspiration, whenever “the desire of pleasure tingles you”.Details
Through sixty year old vines of Primitivo we make one of our best wines, true excellence of Cantine San Marzano. From those same grapes we get this grappa, with its amber shades and its soft and elegant taste. It is a real harmony of sensations, where the ageing in wood enhances its elegant and velvety notes of ripe fruit, cocoa and vanilla.Details
